A Grad Night organizer will review your request and reach out to you to complete the process. Please email if you don't hear from us within five days of submitting your request.
Unable to Attend Grad Night?
If your graduate is unable to attend Grad Night, we hope you'll still consider participating in our Senior Museum by creating a Memory Board. See the
SENIOR MUSEUM for more information.
We also encourage you to participate in completing
GRAD NOTES for your graduate, as they will be included in Grad Bags, which every graduate will receive after graduation rehearsal on June 6th.

NOTES:
Ticket
No physical ticket or QR code will be issued prior to event. Graduates will receive a wristband at Student Check-In which must be worn during the event.
Time
Grad Night opens at 10pm with graduates arriving at Check-in Student Entrance, in front of the Music Building on New York Ave. Please arrive on time as the check in process may take some time. Students may not enter the event after 11pm.
Getting there
Grad Night is an all-night event, and graduates will likely be tired after an action-packed graduation week. Grad Night organizers strongly encourage parents and guardians to arrange rides for their student(s) on Grad Night, both for drop off and pick up to ensure a safe event. If students choose to drive, we'll have them park in the Junior Lot first with overflow in the Senior Lot.
What to bring/not bring?
Graduates are discouraged from bringing purses, backpacks or water bottles to the event as they will not be allowed inside, but stored for the entire event. However, if you need to bring something to carry medicine or other important essentials, a supervised coat check system will be available at our Student Entrance. We recommend students bring only what can be easily carried. .
Policies
There are no in-and-out privileges. Should your student wish to depart early, parents will be called and need to verbally give permission. Once a student leaves the event, there is no re-entry, even to go to their car. Students will be expected to adhere to school event policies. Parents will receive a phone call if a student has not checked in to Grad Night. See Grad Night Rules for all event policies.
